I usually order delivery from this location a couple times every once in awhile. This time is the first time it went wrong and there was no help from the store. I got the run around of having to call DoorDash and this store to get a refund for food never received. I accidentally called the other garland store and they were super friendly and willing to help just wasn’t the right store, but this store I was called a liar. Jaime referenced they took a photo of doordasher when they pick up, but what happens when honest people don’t get their orders? Apparently just get the cold shoulder, and say not my problem. I’m not gonna be a Karen and will dispute with the bank because no one wants to take accountability. I just will take my business elsewhere but they don’t-give a care here I just wanted to warn people. It’s a shame because I used to like pizza patron. Just get pick up, and don’t get delivery cause if it goes wrong you are out of luck. $40 down the drain.

My first time ordering here and I got handed the wrong pizza! It’s my fault for not checking it right then and there. I called to place an order for 1 whole pepperoni and half Italian sausage. I got half pepperoni and jalapeño. I also asked if they can cut the pizza patron style and I specifically said in RECTANGLES. This is not the pizza I ordered. Very poor service

I've given this location chance after chance. It's very frustrating that simple things can't be done right and then you receive attitude for not getting what you ordered and paid for. 1/24/25 I ordered 2 pizzas and also garlic butter crust. Neither had what I asked for and then after calling back I was told that they were out of it. She also asked if I wanted them to redo them then or within 2 weeks time. I'm not sure how I would've gotten what I ordered if you just said one of the requests was out. Fast forward to getting the replacements and also ordering a 5 meat pizza in addition to those 2 and I still didn't get the garlic butter on the crust as promised. I called back today to try to reach the head manager, I was placed on hold without even waiting for me to respond after they asked and then they never came back to the line. At this point I hate to say that I'm going to have to drive 20 minutes to a different location to attempt to get what I actually order.
